Accepting these terms
By using DreamForge for Mac or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
If you download DreamForge through the Mac App Store, the license agreement selected in App Store Connect also applies. These website terms do not replace Apple's applicable terms or the selected end-user license agreement.
02 / THE APP
A client for your creative services
DreamForge is a Mac client for user-configured ComfyUI servers and compatible workflows. It does not include a hosted ComfyUI server, guaranteed model access, provider credits, or uninterrupted access to any third-party model.
Features, models, workflows, limits, and availability may change as DreamForge and third-party services evolve. You are responsible for providing compatible server access, credentials, network connectivity, and any required provider account.
03 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Provider terms still apply
ComfyUI, Comfy partner nodes, model providers, and other connected services are operated by third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, safety rules, availability, pricing, and account requirements.
Eventide Labs does not control provider outputs, moderation decisions, retention, pricing, service interruptions, or changes to third-party APIs. You must confirm that your intended use is permitted by every service involved.
04 / YOUR CONTENT
Inputs, outputs, and rights
You retain whatever rights you hold in prompts and media you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, transform, generate from, export, publish, or commercially use that material.
Rights in generated output can vary by provider, jurisdiction, and source material. Review the applicable provider terms before relying on an output for publication, sale, advertising, identity-sensitive use, or other commercial purposes.
You grant Eventide Labs only the limited rights needed to operate DreamForge at your direction. Eventide Labs does not claim ownership of your local DreamForge library.
05 / RESPONSIBLE USE
Use the app lawfully
You may not use DreamForge to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate or defraud others, distribute malware, evade provider restrictions, compromise a server, or create or distribute content prohibited by the services you use.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on or sharing it. AI systems may produce inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, infringing, or unusable results.
06 / ACCOUNTS AND CREDITS
Bring-your-own service
DreamForge does not sell Comfy Credits or process partner-model purchases. Any charges, credits, refunds, expiration rules, taxes, subscriptions, or account disputes involving a third-party service are between you and that provider.
Testing an API key confirms only the response provided by the applicable service. It does not guarantee that a particular workflow will run, that credits are sufficient, or that a provider will accept a job.
07 / DREAMFORGE MATERIALS
App and site ownership
DreamForge software, branding, site design, documentation, and original materials are owned by Eventide Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
08 / DISCLAIMERS
No guarantee of results
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamForge and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, provider availability, output accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventide Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, provider charges, or losses arising from third-party services or generated output. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
09 / CHANGES
Updates and termination
We may update these terms when the app, site, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We may suspend site access or support where reasonably necessary to protect users, services, or legal rights.
